How It Works: A Unified System

Puveno is a modern, all-in-one platform designed to simplify how your team manages time, projects, and collaboration. It combines a powerful web dashboard for admins and managers with a sleek mobile app for employees on the go.

Think of Puveno as the central nervous system for your team's productivity.
  • The Command Center (Web Dashboard): Accessible from any web browser, allowing admins and managers to oversee everything - manage projects, review time logs, handle team data, and generate reports.
  • The Mobile Workforce (Mobile App): Employees download the Puveno app (iOS & Android) to log time, view calendar events, submit requests, and access their contracts and reports.
  • Instant Sync: Everything happens in real-time. When an employee logs time on their phone, the manager sees it on the dashboard instantly.

Key Components

1. The Command Center (Web Dashboard)

The web dashboard gives admins and managers full control over all company operations via any web browser.

  • Project Management: Manage documents, images, notes, materials, and checklists per project. Generate detailed project budget reports (PDF).
  • Time Logs: Edit employee time logs and generate detailed PDF reports filtered by date, project, employee, or absence type.
  • Calendar Events: Create events by selecting a date and time, assigning employees, linking a project, adding an address, notes, and attachments.
  • Team Management: Add and manage team members with detailed profiles including name, email, phone, hire date, license plate, date of birth, SSN, address, holiday balance, annual holiday allowance, overtime balance, and notes.
  • Employee Contracts: Upload employee contracts digitally for easy access and secure storage.
  • Employee Payrolls: Upload payroll documents digitally. Only admins and managers have access to payroll data.
  • Administration: Review time correction requests, holiday requests, manage holiday balances, and monitor overtime - all from the dashboard.

2. The Mobile Companion (iOS & Android App)

Designed for employees to manage their daily work quickly and easily from their phones.

  • Time Logging: Log time by selecting a project, date, duration, and description. Also log absences such as sick leave, vacation, public holidays, or accidents.
  • Calendar & Events: View all event details including date, time, assigned employees, project, address, notes, and attachments. Mark events as completed.
  • Time Correction: Edit time logs within 10 minutes. After that, submit a correction request for admin or manager approval.
  • Holiday Requests: Submit holiday requests directly from the app for admin or manager review.
  • Monthly Reports: On the 1st of each month, receive a report with worked hours, holiday balance, and overtime balance. Sign it digitally - no financial data included.
  • Personal Access: Access your own contracts, create servicerapports or regierapports for projects, and view limited information about other team members (name, email, phone).

All Features Overview

  • 1. Calendar Events: Admins create events with date, time, employees, project link, address, notes, and attachments. Employees view details and mark events as completed.
  • 2. Time Logs: Employees log time by project, date, duration, and description - including absences. Admins edit logs and generate detailed PDF reports.
  • 3. Project Management: Manage documents, images, notes, materials, and checklists. Employees create servicerapports or regierapports. Admins generate budget reports (PDF). Employees do not have access to financial data.
  • 4. Time Correction: Employees can edit time logs within 10 minutes. After that, they submit a correction request for admin or manager approval.
  • 5. Holiday Requests: Employees submit holiday requests, which are reviewed and approved or rejected by admins or managers.
  • 6. Holiday Balance: Admins define annual holiday allowance or current balance when adding employees. The system updates the balance automatically on a daily basis.
  • 7. Overtime Viewer: Each company defines standard working hours per day. Any additional or reduced time is automatically calculated as overtime based on time logs.
  • 8. Employee Contracts: Admins upload contracts digitally. Employees can access their contracts at any time.
  • 9. Employee Payrolls: Admins upload payroll documents digitally. Only admins and managers have access. Employees cannot view financial information.
  • 10. Employee Monthly Reports: On the 1st of each month, employees receive a report with worked hours, holiday balance, and overtime balance. Employees sign it, admins receive the signed version. No financial data is included.
  • 11. Team Management: Admins manage team members with full profiles (name, email, phone, hire date, license plate, DOB, SSN, address, holiday and overtime balances, notes). Employees can only view limited info (name, email, phone).
  • 12. Access: Admins and managers access all features via any web browser. Employees access their features through the mobile app.
